Free tracked delivery on every order over £19.99. No code needed — it's applied automatically at checkout.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm are usually dispatched the same working day.
Our dispatch cut-off is 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm will usually be dispatched on the next working day. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Same-day dispatch is usually available before 1pm, but it is not guaranteed during busy periods.
Good to know
We do not dispatch on weekends. However, orders dispatched on Friday may still arrive on Saturday depending on Royal Mail.
We deliver to valid UK postcode areas serviced by Royal Mail. If your address is accepted at checkout, delivery is available.
Tracking is included. Once dispatched, your tracking link will usually be added automatically and sent by email.

Here is what to do if something goes wrong with your parcel.
Please check with neighbours, household members, safe places around your property and confirm the delivery address is correct. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us with your order number and we will investigate.
A parcel is classed as lost if there has been no delivery 7 days after the due date for Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked.
Please make sure your address is entered correctly. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the product cost only. The original postage cost will not be refunded.
If Royal Mail attempts delivery and the parcel is not collected or rearranged, it may be returned to us. We will refund the product cost only.
If a parcel is refused and returned to us, any refund will be processed once it has been received back and checked. The original delivery charge will not be refunded.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, the missing item will be refunded to your original payment method.
