About Us | The E-Cig Store

 

The E-Cig Store is a UK vape retailer founded in 2017. We opened our first store in Macclesfield and quickly expanded as more smokers looked for a practical alternative to cigarettes.

Back then, vaping was still confusing for a lot of people — too much noise, not enough straight answers. We focused on making the switch simple: knowledgeable staff in-store, a strong online presence, and a carefully chosen range that prioritises quality, reliability, and value.

That first Macclesfield store took off fast and helped set the standard for what we wanted to build — a trusted, customer-first vape business. From there we grew into multiple locations across the UK and launched our online store, Theecig.co.uk, so customers could get the same support and products whether they shop in-store or online.

 

Over the years, we’ve built solid relationships with manufacturers and suppliers worldwide — not through hype, but through consistency and doing things properly. It means we can keep standards high, stay on top of quality, and make sure what we stock is worth selling.

Those partnerships also gave us the foundation to create our own ranges, including Feast Treats and Hexus — products we’ve developed around what customers actually buy: bold flavour, reliable performance, and proper value.

 

With over 55 stores across the UK, The E-Cig Store has grown into one of the country’s biggest independent vape retailers — and we’re still expanding. We’re opening new locations steadily because demand is there and we know how to run stores properly.

What’s driven that growth is simple: we look after customers. In-store and online, we focus on straight advice, reliable products, and a range that covers everything from simple starter kits to the latest devices and flavours — without making it confusing.

Most importantly, we’re here to help adult smokers switch away from cigarettes. We’ve supported tens of thousands of people through that change already, and as we continue to grow, we’ll be able to help a lot more across the country.
