ELITE VIP: reach 6 qualifying orders within a rolling 90-day period and your automatic discount increases to 10% off eligible online orders.

Do I need a discount code?
No. Your discount is applied automatically at online checkout. Just make sure you're logged in to the customer account linked to your email address before you complete your order.
What counts as a qualifying order?
Eligible online orders placed on theecig.co.uk while logged in to your customer account. Your tier is based on the number of qualifying orders you've placed within the last 90 days.
Can I use my discount in store?
No — the loyalty programme is online only. Our retail stores are operated as separate entities from our online shop, so rewards can't be earned or redeemed in store. Your discount applies at online checkout on theecig.co.uk only.
How long does my VIP status last?
Your status is based on a rolling 90-day period. As long as you keep the qualifying number of orders within the last 90 days, your discount stays active — and if you reach 6 orders, it automatically upgrades from 5% to 10%.
How do I know which tier I'm in?
We'll email you when you unlock VIP and again when you reach ELITE VIP, with a summary of your progress. If you're unsure, contact us at support@theecig.co.uk and we'll check for you.
My discount didn't appear at checkout — why?
The most common reason is not being logged in. Your discount is linked to your customer account, so log in first and it will appear automatically on eligible online orders. Still stuck? Email support@theecig.co.uk.
