Nordic Spirit Black Friday Deal 2026: Half-Price Nicotine Pouches at £3.25 a Can (or 5 for £11.95)

If you've been paying full price for Nordic Spirit nicotine pouches, this is the month to stop. The standard UK price for a 20-pouch can is £6.50, which works out at around 32p per pouch. For Black Friday 2026, The E-Cig Store has cut every can in the moist range to £3.25, and if you buy any five cans the price drops again to £11.95, which is £2.39 a can and roughly 12p a pouch. That's the cheapest we've ever sold Nordic Spirit, and it's a lot cheaper than the supermarkets, petrol stations and corner shops where most people pick it up.

The offer runs through Black Friday weekend (27–30 November 2026) and covers all 13 flavours and every strength we stock, from 6mg Regular right up to the 17mg Max cans. Stock is limited on a few flavours, so if you have a favourite, buy it early.

The Nordic Spirit Black Friday Offer Explained

There are two prices, and you don't have to do anything to get either of them:

A few things worth knowing before you fill your basket:

• Mix and match is allowed. Five different flavours, five different strengths, or five of the same: it all counts towards the 5 for £11.95.
• It works in multiples. Ten cans is two lots of 5 for £11.95. Fifteen is three. There's no cap.
• No code needed. If you've been searching for a Nordic Spirit discount code, you don't need one. The reduced price is already on every product page and the multi-buy applies itself.
• Free next-day delivery over £24.99. Eleven cans (£27.15) or two 5-packs plus one extra can gets you there. Orders before 2:30pm Monday to Friday dispatch the same day.
• 18+ only. Age verification is completed at checkout.

Nordic Spirit Frosty Mint

9mg Strong12mg Extra Strong

£3.25£6.50Half Price

Frosty Mint is the flavour most people mean when they say "Nordic Spirit". A clean, cold peppermint with a long-lasting cooling effect and none of the sweetness of the mint-gum flavours. It's the best-selling nicotine pouch in the UK for a reason: it works first thing in the morning, after food and on a long drive. If you've never tried Nordic Spirit, start here at 9mg.

Nordic Spirit Sweet Mint

6mg Regular11mg Extra Strong

£3.25£6.50Half Price

Sweet Mint takes the edge off the Frosty Mint chill and adds a soft, sugary-spearmint finish. It's the one we recommend to people who find straight peppermint too sharp, and the 6mg Regular is the gentlest way into the range for anyone switching from cigarettes or vaping.

Nordic Spirit Icy Peppermint

The newest mint in the UK range and already a top-three seller. Icy Peppermint is the coldest Nordic Spirit flavour by a distance: a big menthol hit up front that settles into a crisp peppermint. If Frosty Mint has started to feel tame, this is the upgrade.

Nordic Spirit Strengths Explained: Which mg Should You Buy?

Nordic Spirit uses a simple four-tier strength system in the UK. The mg figure is the nicotine per pouch. Here's how they line up and who each one is for.

Our advice: if you smoke 10–20 a day or vape 20mg nic salts, start at 9mg. If you're coming from 10mg nic salts or you smoke less than 10 a day, start at 6mg. Only go to 12mg or 17mg if 9mg isn't doing it for you after a week. A stronger pouch isn't a better pouch; it's just a harsher one if you don't need it. Because the Black Friday price is the same on every strength, you can cheaply add one can at the next level up to test it.

What Is Nordic Spirit? (And Is It Snus?)

Nordic Spirit is a brand of tobacco-free nicotine pouches made by JTI (Japan Tobacco International), the same group behind Benson & Hedges and Logic vapes. It launched in the UK in 2019 and is now the country's most widely stocked nicotine pouch brand, available in supermarkets, convenience stores and online.

Each can contains 20 slim white pouches. Inside each pouch is pharmaceutical-grade nicotine, plant fibres, flavourings and a small amount of water (which is why the UK range is called "moist"; the pouches are softer and release flavour faster than fully dry pouches). You place one under your top lip and leave it there for anywhere from 5 to 60 minutes. There's no smoke, no vapour, no spitting and no smell, which is why Nordic Spirit has become so popular with people who can't vape at work, on flights or in the car.

Nordic Spirit is not snus

This is the most common question we get. Snus is a Swedish oral tobacco product, and the sale of snus has been banned in the UK and across the EU (except Sweden) since 1992. Nordic Spirit contains no tobacco leaf at all, which is what makes it legal to sell and use in the UK. It looks and feels similar to a white snus portion, and it's used the same way, but legally and chemically it's a different product. If you've seen it described as "Nordic Spirit snus" online, that's just shorthand; what you're buying is a nicotine pouch.

How to Use Nordic Spirit Nicotine Pouches

1. Open the can. Twist the lid anticlockwise. The lid has a separate compartment on top for used pouches; press the raised tab to open it.
2. Take one pouch. Place it between your top lip and gum, slightly to one side. There's no need to chew or suck it.
3. Expect a tingle. For the first 5–10 minutes you'll feel a light tingling or warmth. That's the nicotine releasing and it's completely normal. It fades.
4. Leave it for 20–30 minutes. Most people get the full effect in about half an hour. You can keep it in for up to an hour; after that it's spent.
5. Dispose of it properly. Pop the used pouch in the lid compartment and bin it later. Never flush them.

New users: start with one pouch at 6mg or 9mg and don't use two at once. If you feel light-headed, take it out; you've had enough nicotine for now. Nordic Spirit is for adults aged 18 and over and is not suitable for non-nicotine users.

Nordic Spirit vs Velo vs ZYN: Which Should You Buy on Black Friday?

The three biggest nicotine pouch brands in the UK are Nordic Spirit (JTI), Velo (BAT) and ZYN (Philip Morris). They're all tobacco-free, all 18+, and all come in roughly the same slim format. The differences are in feel and price.

Honest take: Velo and ZYN are good pouches and plenty of people prefer a dry pouch. But at £2.39 a can on the 5-for deal, Nordic Spirit is less than half the price of either this month, and the moist format is the one most ex-smokers find easiest to get on with. If you've been meaning to try pouches, this is the lowest-risk way to do it.

Is Nordic Spirit Cheaper at The E-Cig Store Than in Shops?

Yes, and by a wide margin this month. The typical price of a can of Nordic Spirit in a UK supermarket, petrol station or convenience store is £6.50, and it often creeps higher in city-centre shops. The Black Friday price at The E-Cig Store is:

If you use a can every two days, 20 cans is roughly six weeks of supply for less than the cost of 8 cans at shop price. Nordic Spirit keeps well sealed, so buying in bulk for Black Friday makes sense: store the cans somewhere cool and dry and they'll stay fresh for months.

Final Verdict: Should You Stock Up on Nordic Spirit This Black Friday?

If you already use Nordic Spirit, yes, without hesitation: 5 for £11.95 is the lowest price we've ever offered, and there is no limit on how many sets of five you can buy. If you've been curious about nicotine pouches but put off by the £6.50 shop price, this is the cheapest and lowest-risk way to try the UK's most popular brand: build a mixed five for £11.95, start on Frosty Mint 9mg or Sweet Mint 6mg, and work out what suits you.

Stock on the Extra Strong and Max cans is limited. Once a strength sells out it won't be replaced before the offer ends.

Prices correct at time of writing and subject to change. Offers available while stocks last. Nicotine pouches contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. You must be 18 or over to purchase nicotine products in the UK.
